Glorious Garlic Festival and Virginia Stinson Wine Dinner at L’Auberge Chez François

Savor glorious local garlic, from chef Jacques’ own garden and Virginia’s only major garlic farm, Snickers Run Farms. Meet the farmers, Peter and Kathy Durand, dubbed “The Garlic King and Queen of Loudoun County”, as they explain their trade secrets to the art and science of Garlic Farming. Guests will start the festival, on the Petite Terrace sipping Vampire Killer Martinis (yes garlic is involved). Follow Chef Jacques, to his gardens and garlic patch, then to a delectable garlic-inspired “Degustation Menu” specially crafted, of course with garlic from the Durand’s Farm and paired wines Virginia’s Stinson Vineyard. $211 per person (including tax and gratuity); view the menu and reserve here.
