Village at Leesburg kicks off the holidays with a Holiday Open House from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. followed by VAL’s Annual Tree Lighting Festival from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. The Holiday Open House provides a great kickoff to holiday shopping with merchant specials, ice skating and more.
