Capital Wine School: Introduction to Wine Basics with Kryss Speegle MW - In Person January 2024

This introductory class is designed for those wanting to develop a good foundation of wine knowledge and an understanding of how to taste wine. Participants will taste 10 wines and learn about various aspects of wine like the main styles and how they are produced, important wine grapes and how they are grown, key producing countries and regions, what to look for when tasting, food and wine pairing, proper storage & serving techniques, as well as the best way to buy wine in retail stores or restaurants.
