Dragon Boat Dim Sum Specials at Chang Chang

Chef Peter Chang is celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival at Chang Chang with a special weekend dim sum brunch menu available all weekend long at Chang Chang. Dishes include Jade Vegetable Dumplings filled with cabbage, mushroom, and celery; Shrimp* Tofu Skin Pancake with minced shrimp wrapped in tofu skin and pan-fried served with stonefruit sauce; Char Siu Bao with honey roasted pork collar with five-spice, Chinese aromatics, in steamed milk bread; and of course the traditional Dragon Boat Red Bean Zongzi.
