Join Chef Wendi James in Hill Center’s kitchen as she teaches the essentials of knife skills for beginners! Learn the techniques of proper knife selection, care, basic cuts and proper form. The chef will guide you through breaking down common vegetables, while you chop along side or simply take notes.
