The Cookie Kindness Project brings together over 20 of the DMV’s most talented pastry chefs, bakers, bloggers, food writers, and authors from Baltimore, MD; Leesburg, VA; Rehoboth, DE; Washington, DC; and beyond. A few times a year, they join forces to bake up a limited-edition cookie box, with 100% of the proceeds going to support local organizations uplifting underserved youth and families. This fall, they’re launching a Spooky Cookie Sale to raise over $10,000 for Kid Power DC, a renowned non-profit dedicated to addressing the opportunity gaps that DC youth face through a powerful combination of academic support, emotional wellness programs, and civic engagement opportunities.
