Chef Danny Lledo has opened El Taller del Xiquet, in the first floor of his Glover Park restaurant, Xiquet. With just 14 seats, this new concept offers intimate dining for guests in twos or in communal seating. The à la carte menu explores the ingredients and flavors of Spain’s coastal Valencian region through seasonal, shareable selections showcasing the finest seafood, proteins and produce sourced directly from family purveyors. Guests can get excited for award-winning paellas and generous fideuàs, served tableside; and a range of proteins and produce that reflect the region’s rich agricultural landscape.
