Rob and Claire Aikens, along with Ari and Claire Wilder, have opened a new French Bistro, La Bonne Vache, in the space formerly home to Booeymonger in Georgetown. The main highlight of this new concept is the unique twist they have on their burgers. The bistro features 42-seats and also features a variety of french fare aside from the burgers, that can be paired with their selection of beers, wines, and champagnes. John Kim and Butcher Pat LaFrieda are assisting Aikens in the kitchen of La Bonne Vache. Some menu highlights guests can get excited for include Le Croque Madame, Truffle Brie, Roti de Boeuf, and more. La Bonne Vache is open Wednesday - Sunday from 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. For more information, visit their Instagram here.
