The French restaurant comes from Fady Saba, which brings a buzzy, sophisticated French brasserie rooted in classic technique. Michelin Star Chef Gilles Epiè serves as the Executive Chef at L'Avant-Garde. Some menu highlights at this new concept include Beignet de Foie Gras de Canrad Caramèlisè, Saint-Pierre Cuit Lentement, Chautebriand, and much more. Sommelier Samantha McCrimmon has currated a wide range of wines offered at L'Avant-Garde, that are meant to complement the food and expand guests knowledge of French wines.
