Makers Union from Thompson Hospitality has opened their fourth location in Cathedral Commons. This new Makers Union location is 4,328 square-feet and features a total of 158 seats throughout the dining room, bar, and outdoor patio. The menu at Makers Union Cathedral Commons is a blend of tradition and flare. Executive Chef Dan Logan created a menu that features handmade pastas, savory dinner entrees and a lunch menu for those on-the-go or looking for leisure. Some menu highlights include a Black N’ White Clam Linguini, Grilled Branzino, Southern Surf N’ Turf , and more. This location also highlights a chef-driven brick oven menu featuring a variety of Oven-Fired Oysters, Baked Brie, Flatbreads and French Onion Soup. Brunch is available on the weekend, boasting a Family-Style Menu with highlights such as Maryland Crab Cake Benedict, Warren’s Fine Fried Chicken & Waffles, and bottomless Mimosas.
