PASTIS
1323 4th Street NE
Stephen Starr and Keith McNally have brought their perennially packed New York Parisian bistro, Pastis, to a former warehouse in DC's Union Market District, making it the French bistro's third location overall. Pastis DC features the culinary staples that have made the restaurant a legendary dining destination, as well as featuring the same trademark look as its predecessors. Some menu highlights from Pastis that guests can get excited for include Croque Monsieur, Escargots, Bouillabaisse, Veal Tongue, and much more. The cocktail menu at Pastis is filled with Parisian-inspired classics and easy-drinking spritzes. The wine list features selections from the benchmark producers of France's vast winemaking regions, as well as selections from the nation's newest producers. This new location of Pastis boasts 250 seats, an outdoor dining space, and more. Pastis is open Sunday - Wednesday from 5:00 - 10:00 p.m., and Thursday - Saturday from 5:00 - 11:00 p.m. For more information, click here.
