Philippe Chow has opened his first outpost of his restaurant, Philippe by Philippe Chow, outside of New York City at the Wharf in DC. The 7,000 sqaure-foot space is located at the base of the Amaris condo complex and features 250 seats, as well as a large covered patios with views of the Potomac River. Originally opening in New York, the restaurant's menu features modern Beijing-style offerings. Some menu highlights guests can get excited for include Beijing Chicken, Crispy Beef, Nine Seasons Spicy Prawns, and much more. The service program is lead by General Manager Glenn Hanbury, and the cocktail program is lead by Amir Babayoff who offers playful and unique selections.
