PROJECTED OPENING: Spring 2025 224 7th Street SE Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, Lobby Bar will be debuting this spring, offering a refined yet playful take on classic American fare and expertly crafted cocktails. The 2000 square-foot restaurant is designed with the goal of being a gathering place for all. Lobby Bar will blend sophistication with a welcoming, lively atmosphere. The reimagined space will include 18 bar seats, cozy booths, a communal table for larger parties, and patio seating for dining alfresco. Their innovative menu will showcase elevated American favorites with a modern twist, while the bar program leans into both classic and creative cocktails. PROJECTED OPENING: Fall 2025 1150 17th Street NW James Beard Award-Winning restaurant from Chef Tyson Cole, Uchi, will be making its DC debut this Fall in the 17xM building. The restsurant will boast 185 seats including 18 at the bar, 14 at the sushi counter, and two private dining rooms. The menu features hot and cold tastings, sushi, sashimi, makimono, yakimono, tempura and a seasonal omakase experience, all delivered with exceptional service in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Uchi DC’s interior will reflect its Asian roots, referencing the acclaimed 2000 Hong Kong film In the Mood for Love.
