CUT DC Hosts “A Night of Wolfgang: A Culinary Retrospective”
1050 31st Street NW
CUT by Wolfgang Puck at Rosewood DC invites you to a memorable culinary event, "A Night with Wolfgang: A Culinary Retrospective," at 5:00 p.m., benefiting Hope for Henry. This unique evening offers a rare opportunity to toast with the legendary chef himself and embark on a journey through four decades of his celebrated cuisine.
You will savor a curated selection of Wolfgang Puck’s signature creations, from a modern take on the iconic Smoked Salmon Pizza (Spago West Hollywood, 1984) to the contemporary Hand-Cut Steak Tartare (CUT DC, 2019). The multicourse dinner will showcase the breadth of Puck’s culinary influence, with options ranging from Chinois Shanghai Lobster (Chinois, 1983) to Milk-Fed Veal Wiener Schnitzel (childhood favorite). For dessert, a selection of classic indulgences will include Apple Strudel, Sacher Torte, and Kaiserschmarren.
The evening will also include an opportunity for you to converse with Puck, offering a personal glimpse into his storied career.
To commemorate the experience, guests will receive a signed Wolfgang Puck cookbook: “Make It Healthy.” A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will be donated to Hope for Henry, a nonprofit dedicated to reinventing the pediatric patient experience for hospitalized children and their families.
