Mallard Chef Dinner: An Evening with Jeffrey Buben

Mallard is honored to welcome acclaimed Chef Jeffrey Buben for a special evening on Friday, April 25th, from 5:00 to 10:00 PM at 1337 14th St NW. Best known for his work at Vidalia, Bistro Bis, and Woodward Table, Chef Buben will reunite with his former protégé, Mallard’s own Chef Hamilton Johnson, for a one-night-only culinary experience. Guests will enjoy a four-course dinner celebrating reimagined classics from Vidalia, showcasing the evolution of Southern cuisine.
