Rosewood Washington, D.C. debuts its Cherry Blossom Afternoon Tea at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, offering an elegant tribute to spring. Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Ligia Barros, the menu features a trio of refined sandwiches, including smoked trout tartine and truffled egg salad croissant, alongside golden raisin and lemon zest scones with house-made jams and clotted cream. Guests can indulge in delicate pastries such as raspberry-thyme vacherin, madeleines, and macarons, complemented by premium loose-leaf teas and handcrafted cocktails, including a French 75, Hugo Spritz, or a glass of Duval-Leroy Brut Champagne. Priced at $85 per person or $105 with Champagne or a cocktail, the tea service begins March 15, with Saturday and Sunday seatings at 1:30 p.m. Reservations are available via OpenTable HERE.
