In this hands-on class, Vergie “Gigi” Arandid—founder of Binge Bar, Washington, DC’s first fully alcohol-free bar—will guide you through the process of making a delicious spirit-free cocktail. Drawing from her background in the food and beverage industry and her commitment to inclusive, culturally rich experiences, Gigi will share tips, techniques, and flavor insights to help you craft a spirit-free drink that’s both fun and delicious!
