GAIA Supperclub, an exciting new restaurant experience fusing fine dining with world-class entertainment has officially opened Saturday in downtown DC from founders Wayne Johnson, Tony Perry, and Mele Milton. Inspired by iconic dining and nightlife experiences in Mykonos, Dubai, and Saint-Tropez, GAIA reimagines the supper club for a DC audience with world-class culinary offerings, live entertainment, and a transportive atmosphere that blurs the line between dinner and nightlife. GAIA is an inventive restaurant and lounge that invites guests to have an exquisite feast while being entertained by musicians, dancers, DJs, and more. Award-winning Chef Sammy Davis leads the GAIA, curating a menu that fuses Mediterranean and Latin flavors, with highlights such as Deep Fried Hummus, Chicken Nuggets, 1 ½ Pound Tomahawk Ribeye, and more.
