For Austrian Wine Month Stefan Trummer wanted to dig into his wine cellar for the Austrian Varietals you may have never heard of. There will be no Gruner Veltliner but there will be varietals you've never tried (and never tried pronouncing!). Stefan and his dear friend Klaus Wittauer , Austrian wine importer, tasted through some of the more unique varietals in their cellar and worked together with chef Zachary Ridenhour to pull together an Austrian wine experience not to be missed!
