Uncle Nearest Whiskey Dinner and Cigar Tasting

Fairmont is pleased to announce its third annual whiskey pairing dinner with Uncle Nearest Whiskey. Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey master blender Victoria Eady Butler will conduct whiskey pairings during dinner. Executive chef Jaime Montes de Oca and culinary staff will create a four-course feast prepared to compliment delicious cocktails curated by Fairmont's mixologists and made with Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. Reception begins 6:00 p.m. in the Courtyard Bar and dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. in Juniper.
