Cheesetique's Jill Erber and Chef Cathal Armstrong have opened Corso Italian in Arlington's The Village of Shirlington. At Corso Italian, they will be cooking Italian classics to perfection, but with their own personality. Everyday you will see them making pasta in the front window, with everything at this new concept made with fresh ingredients. Menu highlights guests can get excited for are Italian-American classics like Chicken Vesuvio. The beverage program at Corso Italian features an all-Italian wine list as well as a cocktail menu featuring Negronis, Spritzes, and an Amaro bar. Guests can also look forward to a gourmet retail market in the front of the restaurant that features fresh pastas, sauces, Italian cheeses, and more. For more information, click here.
