Celebrity Chef David Guas has opened his first full-service restaurant, Neutral Ground Bar + Kitchen, in McLean, Virginia. The name Neutral Ground is a nod to Guas' Louisiana hometown. The restaurant aims to capture the very essence of American cuisine and culture.
