THE RUXTON PRIME STEAKHOUSE

A new prime steakhouse, The Ruxton, has opened in the space formerly home to Fleming's Steakhouse in Baltimore's Harbor East neighborhood. This 200-seat concept from Atlas Restaurant Group is located adjacent to the lobby of the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront. The menu, curated by Chef Aaron Taylor, serves a mix of wet and dry aged prime cuts of Black Angus Beef, as well as Long Island Duck and Bison. Seasonal shellfish and seafood options are also available, to complement the steak options. The Ruxton's vast wine list features options that are highlighted by regions in California, such as Napa Valley, Sonoma Coast, Sta Rita Hills, and more. For more information, click here.
