Rose Previte has opened her new concept, Medina, steps down the alley from Maydan. Medina channels the mystery and romance of a walled city fortress where commerce and commotion lie at the center. The intimate cocktail bar evokes a Bedouin tent, inviting guests in for drinks and dishes from the islands of the Mediterranean like the tagines of Morroco, Tunisian Brik, Gambas al Ajillo of Southern Spain, and Absinthe Tea Service.
