TheSaga, a new concept by Chef Enrique Limardo and Ezequiel Vázquez-Ger of Seven Reasons Restaurant Group, has opened in D.C.'s West End neighborhood. The new all-day restaurant embraces more top-tier hospitality, as this is the restaurant group's most ambitious concept yet. TheSaga not only represents the maturation of Chef Limardo's Latin culinary talent, but also highlights the country where he learned his fine-dining prowess, Spain. The restaurant features upscale, inventive Spanish dishes with creative Latin touches. Some menu highlights include a tropical Gazpacho, Pan Con Tomate, an Oxtail and Calamari Sandwich, and more.
