Chef Jarrard Silver will be openinga brick-and-mortar location of his food truck and catering operation, Silver and Sons BBQ, in Bethesda later this year. The 800 square-foot space will be designed mainly for carryout through the standing counter, however there will be dine-in space available for up to eight guests. This new location will feature a menu that is about twenty-percent larger than that of the food trucks. Some menu highlights guests can get excited for include French-Dip Style Sandwich, Pulled Lamb Shoulder, and more. Starting Friday, March 1st, they will be serving signature short rib pastrami and other smoked specialties from a food truck parked just outside the future storefront.
